Minnesota Telephone is a national provider of new and refurbished PBX Hybrid Key and IP Systemated LAN/WAN hardware. We have been in operation since 1980 with an average of 12 years experience per employee. Minnesota Telephone has the ability to provide engineering, installation, and support services for everything we sell. Minnesota Telephone’s employees are specialists in all aspects of voice and data including, but not limited to: T1, DSL, Microwave, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, Sonet, Voice, and Data.

Minnesota Telephone’s operational philosophy is simple and straightforward. We are totally committed to providing each customer with the most appropriate telecommunications equipment and services for their specific requirements at the best possible price. Period. We implemented this approach in a number of ways

First, we are intimate with voice, data, sound, and IP equipment from many major manufacturers in the telecommunications business. When we design a system, we recommend only those components whose strengths correspond to the application’s requirements, thereby reinforcing that our allegiance is to our customers, not to any specific manufacturer of products..

Second, we sell full service solutions. We do not sell or recommend any solution that we are not capable of installing and servicing – either directly, remotely, or through our extensive network of associates.

Third, we offer refurbished equipment as well as new equipment. If a customer’s application does not demand a state-of-the-art solution, we see no reason to recommend paying premium prices for industry standard technology. To add further value to our refurbished gear, we institute an advanced replacement warranty that is as good, and usually better, than its original.

Finally, and most importantly, we have assembled an expert staff. They are among the most knowledgeable in the business and certainly the most highly motivated. Every member of our team feels a personal commitment to quality and customer service, and all are empowered to act on their own initiative

Taking this approach requires constant reinvestment in equipment and human resources, but the result is unequaled value. To further increase this value to our customers, we maintain 8,000 square feet of inventory in our Burnsville, Minnesota headquarters, containing 10,000 different parts from over 100 manufacturers. Thanks to our highly automated shipping department, we can often deliver the equipment you need the same day an order is placed, should that be necessary.
