At Minnesota Telephone, Inc., we have an over-the-counter exchange policy within the first 30 days of warranty. GN Netcom covers the remaining warranty period directly as per their policy and procedures. GN Netcom warranties your headset equipment for a period of 2 years. The warranty begins according to the date code on the plastic piece attached to the headset cord or located on the bottom of the amplifier
