Submitting a MTI Invoice to Telephone Company for payment

 

In the event that you have telephone line and/or long distance problems, after investigating, we may find that the problem is located in the Local Exchange Carrier/Long Distance Company/Cabling, rather that the equipment.

In regards to this, we are forced to bill for the time and efforts to troubleshoot the problem and find that the problem originates on the side of the telephone company. The bill you will receive from us may be recovered by submitting this bill to your telephone company for payment. The customer is responsible for submitting this bill, and we cannot speak on your behalf for this. But, as a convenience to our customers, we have investigated the procedure you must follow to submit this bill.

 
 

Procedure to submit a bill to the telephone company

 

  • You will receive a bill from Minnesota Telephone, Inc. for the work performed.
  • Call your telephone company (see numbers below) and briefly explain the problem.
  • Your telephone company will then investigate the claim.
  • The telephone company will then credit the next telephone bill you receive to reflect the charges from Minnesota Telephone, Inc.
  • Pay Minnesota Telephone, Inc. bill as a normal bill at this time.
