  • Our technical staff has the experience and knowledge that comes with years of installing and maintaining telephone systems. Our staff averages over 12 years of service per person in the telecommunications industry. Our technicians have been factory trained by major manufacturers including Vodavi, Samsung, Lucent, Comdial, AT&T, Iwatsu, WIN, and Avaya.
  • Our maintenance contract agreement commits us to respond to a major service outage within (2) hours. Minor repairs are handled within 24 hours of the time reported to us. Details are contained in the agreement form.
  • All parts and labor are provided at no charge to you for service that is necessary during the period covered by your maintenance contract.
  • Minnesota Telephone, Inc. provides maintenance contracts to all of our customers who purchase new or used telephone systems from us which are installed by us. The length of this contract will vary depending upon the type of system installed. Upon expiration of the maintenance contract, the following service options are available to you.

    1. You may request an annual maintenance service contract, payable on a convenient quarterly basis.

    2. You may request service as needed on a time and material basis. Our current rate is $96.00 per hour. A service trip charge accompanies each order you place under this option. These rates are subject to change.

    3. A discounted rate is available via our shopping cart when choosing to pre-pay the hour(s) of labor.
 
 
 
  • Training in the use of your system will be provided at your location to give your personnel an opportunity to actually operate the equipment and learn features of the system.
 
 
 
  • Our staff will be available to you for on-going communications consultations. We will be there to assist you in any necessary changes to your system such as expansion, relocating, or rearranging.
  • We will, if you so choose, act as your agent in obtaining service from the local telephone company. We will coordinate requests for changes in service to help ensure that you will get what you need when you need it without interruption of service.
  • When you become a customer of Minnesota Telephone, Inc., we will make every effort to give you prompt, courteous, and quality service at competitive rates.
